Highly Confidential

What Users Can See


Restrictions can be set for individuals that override normal access roles, so that certain people (on the whitelist) can see everything, while certain people (those on the blacklist) are restricted from viewing certain case information. Senior executives might have whitelist access, while a blacklist might apply in situations where a senior staff member is the subject of an investigation.

Reporting Data

Access to reporting data can be restricted so that a manager at the regional may be able to see certain reports or data, which may be different from a manager at the country level or one at headquarters.
