Save Time with To-Do’s
Sort your to-do lists by the task due date to see what needs to be completed and when. i-Sight’s to-do lists save you the hours of time ordinarily spent populating your calendar with tasks and managing their execution.
Each To-Do can be entered from within the case record by:
- describing the task
- assigning a task owner
- selecting a due date
A Personalized Dashboard
i-Sight displays your open to-do’s across all your investigations on your personalized dashboard so that you can see your upcoming tasks and outstanding activities at a glance.
During the investigation process, i-Sight records who added the task and when the task was added. Each new task is added to the case in chronological order.
Reminder Email Notification
To-do’s can also be set up with reminders. i-Sight emails the “task owner” on or before the due date. As with any i-Sight email notice, the email contains a hyperlink that takes the investigator to the appropriate case file.
Overdue Email Notification
If a task is not completed by the due date, i-Sight’s task management software can trigger email alerts to the “task owner” or managers. Task tracking has never been easier.
Assign cases automatically, based on user-defined rules, or on a case-by-case basis. Investigators are alerted when a new case is assigned to ensure timely follow-up.
