Set access restrictions to control what each user can see in i-Sight
What Users Can See
Privacy and Compliance
Ensure compliance with privacy laws across jurisdictions by restricting what information users from different countries can see in i-Sight.
You can restrict visibility into different case types, or restrict visibility all the way down to the field level.
Customizable access roles put you in control of what each user can see in i-Sight.
When an investigation is highly confidential, for example if it involves an executive, you may wish to limit visibility of the case information only to those working on the case.
What Users Can See
Restrictions can be set for individuals that override normal access roles, so that certain people (on the whitelist) can see everything, while certain people (those on the blacklist) are restricted from viewing certain case information. Senior executives might have whitelist access, while a blacklist might apply in situations where a senior staff member is the subject of an investigation.
Access to reporting data can be restricted so that a manager at the regional may be able to see certain reports or data, which may be different from a manager at the country level or one at headquarters.
What Users Can Do
Restrict rights so that certain users can be given ‘read-only’ access to cases, while other uses can be given rights to edit case files.
Set customized levels of access to case files for each role in the investigative team.
“It’s an excellent tool for me because I don’t have to call that investigator any more to get an update on a case.”
Create new cases quickly and easily, collecting all complaints and case-related information from any intake stream into one central file.
Manage investigations with workflow rules that create a logical, structured process and all case information stored in one place.
