Restrictions can be set by department, country or case type and defined by role. You have complete control over each user’s access type.
Customizable access roles allow authorized users to see case information, edit and add notes and files, based on their role. Highly confidential cases can also be hidden from most users and only made accessible to managers or investigators with the highest level of access.
