Create new cases by collecting all the information you need
Initiate cases through any channel (web form, email, hotline integration, etc.) and ensure that every referral is received, recorded and funnelled into a queue for assessment, assignment and investigation.
With all initial referral information collected on intake, the central case file contains all the preliminary information an investigator needs to create a case.
Integrate with Existing Applications
Seamlessly integrate with your hotline, internal databases and platforms to efficiently leverage the software and systems you already have in place. By integrating with your existing internal systems, i-Sight can pull relevant information into the intake form, eliminating extra administrative work and ensuring accurate and complete records.
We are experts in web services integration and can marry i-Sight with any OBDC-compliant database, such as SAP, JD Edwards, CRM systems, ORACLE, Document Management systems and others.
Configure an i-Sight Referral Form
Every i-Sight customer is unique – that’s why we configure a unique case entry form. Whether you’re capturing complaints and referrals or recording incidents i-Sight can be configured to record information that’s relevant for your cases using a configured web-based intake form.
- Record different referral information based on the type of case
- Automatically populate employee and subject contact information from existing cases or other databases
- Use multi-level pick-lists for consistent categorization and reporting
Many of our clients place a simple referral form on their intranet or vendor/customer portal. This is an easy way to collect every anonymous tip and referral, and you decide what information to ask for. You can also make a referral form available on your website. Many of our government clients use this referral form to collect anonymous referrals that are then analyzed during a preliminary investigative phase to determine if a full investigation is warranted.
Involved Parties & Entities
Investigations involve many people, from lawyers, outside law enforcement and government regulators to corporate entities, employees, subjects and witnesses. i-Sight makes contact management easy by enabling investigators to quickly add parties to a case file, keeping an organized record of everyone involved in the investigation. These parties can be entered manually or copied from other case files using a simple contact search.
i-Sight provides a flexible contact management solution, customizable down to the individual. Each party or entity in a case file can be configured with different fields and data elements so that the relevant information is recorded, no matter the type of involvement. And individual contacts can be granted different levels of access to the case file information, when necessary.
Create Your Own Configuration
You Decide What Information to Collect
You decide what complaint information is captured on intake and i-Sight will queue the complaint according to the criteria you specify. The data you capture on intake depends on your corporate structure and the type of reporting you want to do. You can capture investigation data related to:
- case type
- case category (including nested sub-categories)
- incident date
- allegation type
- intake channel (ie, email, hotline, web-form)
Add a New Case by Sending an Email
Investigative teams operating without a case management system often use email as their primary means of communication. Employees or local HR staff send emails to a central folder or location where they can be accessed for triage. These emails can be redirected to i-Sight to generate a case automatically.
Fraud Alert and SAR Applications
i-Sight can integrate with applications designed to flag transactions or activity based on risk criteria so that alerts flow directly into i-Sight for assignment or follow-up.
